Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
helpful staff local dining attentive service
The staff were friendly and helpful. Lucy provided great assistance and recommendations for local dining. Mohammed, the lifeguard at the pool, was professional. He created a safe environment for everyone. Ahmed at the English restaurant offered attentive service. He ensured our party had a prepared table and promptly served our drinks.
The waterpark slides weren't fully operational .

Great stay with excellent service!
helpful staff top service
I found the pool bar staff very helpful, with drinks flowing constantly. Yousef provided top-class service. The lifeguards were fantastic. They treated us like royalty. The waterpark was amazing. My children enjoyed it .
The hotel looked grubby, and looked rough around the edges. I also noticed the food was repetitive.

Breakfast offered adequate choices, though more variety would be welcome. Lunch and dinner always included something new each day, so I could try new dishes. I appreciated the range of options available.

The hotel offered convenient access to multiple pools, a great feature. Many activities were available for children. My children were entertained throughout the vacation. Transport was provided to nearby attractions.

Staff members were consistently helpful and kind . Said helped transport guests to their rooms efficiently. Lucy ensured I felt welcome and were great too meet my needs, this was very much appreciated.

mixed bag. some hits, many misses.
inconsistent cleaning high noise
My room's air conditioning barely worked. It was always too hot. the promised 'beautiful' amenities felt pretty basic.. the cleaning was inconsistent too. sometimes i got fresh towels, other times i had to call down. also, the noise level at night? ridiculous! i could hear everything.

helpful lifeguard enhanced holiday plastic cup bad internet
The lifeguard, mohmead, enhanced our holiday. He helped our group of twenty. he went above expectations for my family. my children want to return because of this lifeguard alone.
the drinks came in small plastic cups. it wasn't great for the environment and didn't hold enough to quench thirst. the internet access was bad. we considered it was turned off at one point.
